Awakening to Spirit

I remember when I was asleep and fully immersed in the material world. It was fun but there was always something missing. I couldn’t say what until I started questioning the way things were. “Surely there must be more to it than this.” I made a decision to get off the merry-go-round and then a whole new world opened before me. I was no longer just a human being but also a spiritual being. I began to recognise the magnificence within myself and within everybody.

I am currently offering three ways that can facilitate this process.

• Spiritual Life Coaching & Soul Transformation helps align you with your higher self so that you are in touch with what gives you the greatest joy. It provides a focus and framework so that actions are taken in manageable steps towards the fulfilment of your grandest version of you. Coaching normally takes place over the phone however face to face meetings are available.

• Vortex Healing uses divine energy to heal on many levels - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and karmic. Anything which no longer serves you is transformed into a higher state of consciousness with the intention that you moves towards wholeness.

• The Workshops are designed to connect you to your deepest essence. Each one has a different theme and they are designed to be fun, light hearted, educational and to support you in remembering what you already know.
