What is Soul Transformation?
Soul transformation is all about attuning to your higher self and allowing more of “you” to be present in your everyday life. In order to embody who you really are, anything which is not you and does not support your highest good is transformed into a higher way of being, just like the alchemists of old transformed base metal into gold.

How Does it Work in Practice?
As your awareness grows disempowering emotions, thoughts, feelings and actions are replaced with new ones that are in alignment with your aspirations. I offer a set of one to one sessions that facilitate this process. Individual meetings are created to reflect your unique life situation and future intentions.

How much does it cost and what’s the next step?
Give it a try! Coaching by phone costs £40 for an hour. If you prefer face to face the investment is £60. Sessions are normally booked in blocks of three.
